Hello, as the title suggests this is my first MoTeC install, package ordered through a private developer. This is an M150 with C127 dash/logger. I've got it wired in, dash powers up and appears to displaying a demo. Using M1 Tune I am able to connect to the M150 and nothing really changes except in the banner area at the top of the window it shows green connected and mentions some production information. The workbook has little to it and the one workbook is blank. Does this mean the package for my application was never installed?

The dealer/developer should have provided you with a licence files and Package to load into the M1, you will need to contact them to follow up on this.

Thank-you, I have been pulling my hair out thinking I was missing something. I do have an email in to the developer, but being Christmas and News Years time here, not sure I will see a timely response. At least now I know not to spend more time trying to figure it out.

Issue resolved. I received a license and package and have them installed and the package successfully sent to the M150.
