Hi,
That's a non standard Subaru crank trigger, the crank triggers used in EJ engines of that era used a 36-2-2-2 pattern, this pattern looks to be a 36-2 only. You also need to capture the Sync and Camshaft signals as these can be more critical in getting the correct Reference Mode settings.
I have attached a capture from my car showing the trigger patterns for the EJ207 from a 2006 STi.

Actually cranking is looking fine with crankshaft one missing four stroke, we can see the problem on engine synchronisation pin ( UDI2 ), we can see on diagnostics missing / Noise .
Engine synchronise pin connected to cam trigger, so what do you think ?

During the cranking, engine sync giving bad sensor / bad pitch .

Is there a reason why the OEM Subaru Crank Pulley has been replaced with a non-matching aftermarket pulley?
The OEM Pulley has a trigger pattern of 36-2-2-2 and looks like this.

You are running the correct Sync trigger and Camshaft patterns for the Subaru EJ207AVCS Reference Mode, but as the Crank trigger Pattern doesn't match, it will not work, nor will the generic modes work due to their being two teeth on the Sync pattern.
You need to have the OEM Crank trigger in place.

Hi,
In the last capture that you posted, the Inlet Camshaft Bank 1 was allocated to UDig 4, and Inlet Camshaft Bank 2 Was allocated to UDig 5, but in the screen shot you have it allocated to to UDig 9. Has the M1 been rewired to accommodate this change?
