Traction Control M1 Package Example

Hello,

Is there M1 package with a traction control example from a real car.
When I say traction control I do not mean or want Launch control.

There are essentially only 2 parameters that require tuning for the TC...
Traction Aim Main and Traction Range.

Ideally you need to configure these when testing the car as there isn't a one config fits all for TC.
Every car is going to have a different setup for this.

I play also with Traction Aim Compensation Vehicle Acceleration Lateral, sometimes Gear Compensation migh be useful also.
I spend quite a lot of time fine tuning TC, you need to do it at the track, based on data logging (high frequency speeds and Gs logged, also of course TC parameters, etc). Good, fast GPS is helping obviously also (I use 20Hz, 50Hz only where possible). Video with data overlay is helping also a lot, same like proper driver feedback.
