Cant export package from M1 tune

For some reason I cant export a package from M1 tune , I click on the tab and nothing happens.
Anyone else experience this?

What Package are you trying to export? What version of M1 Tune?

Are you going File | Export As... and it is failing to proceed from that point on?

So I made changes to timing and fueling maps, saved as a new package, click export as and nothing happens. Also tried to do it in the ''open package page'' still nothing happens.

Its the new version 1.4.0.246

I am using 1.4.0.246 and have no issues exporting on Windows 7 Home Premium - 64bit. When I use File->Export As... I get the normal file save dialog. Any chance you have two monitors and the dialog is appearing on another screen, or you've enabled a projector (which looks like another screen).

Hi,

Along the lines of what David asked, when you go through the export process, can you keep working in M1 Tune after this, or does the program hang? If it is hanging then is sounds like the dialog window is opening on a different "screen" and isn't visible, Can you try pressing the Esc key if this happens and see if that restores operation back to M1 Tune. If you can keep working in M1 Tune then something else is going on.

Do you have any other MoTeC Products installed on your computer?

Can you install M1 archives?

yes I can still work on everything, nothing is hanging. I'm only using my laptop screen no other screen is connected.
With window 10 Pro 64
Yes and I've got most of the other Motec software installed and I can install archives.

Hi,

When you start M1 Tune, do you get a script error pop up?

If you do, can you go to Help|Repair... and run the repair process (do this in M1 Build if that is installed as well) and then retry to Export a Package.

There is no error , I tried to repair still but no luck
