M1 Tune 1.5 crashes on start up [Resolved]

I'm currently running into an issue where M1 Tune 1.5 just closes when I try to start it up. 1.4 is working just fine.

I want to say this started after a windows update but I tried reverting the latest updates that I could and still getting the same behavior.

The crash happens once the splash screen goes to "Starting..." and the main application loads for a second and then disappears.

Are there any logs that I could track down to see what the problem is?

Hi,

Can you have a look in the following directory for a dump file with the date and time codes around when this happens.
C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\MoTeC\Services\Quality\M1Tune.exe_YYMMDD_TTTTTT.dmp
If you have some of these files, can you send them through to support@motec.com.au so that they can be passed on to the software team for investigation.

Thanks, just sent over a few dump files. Hopefully can get this fixed up soon.

Nathan was able to pinpoint the issue to being when the program tried to use opengl.

Which led me to my VMWare Fusion settings and to enable hardware acceleration which has resolved the issue and I can now use M1 tune 1.5.
