Hi,

No it is not able to be used with the M1 ECU with any off the shelf firmware.

Can connect them directly to E888 ?

The E888 can be used with the M1, and it can take up to 8 K Type Thermocouples. You need to remove the yellow connector and crimp the E888 pins onto the wires to use it.

Is it possible to use an C127 to translate the CAN signal?

That looks possible. You would create a CAN Comms Template for the C127 using the information on page 26 of the protocol manual. Then you would send that on to your ECU bus, and fill in some of the CAN X offset Y parameters. These resources would be configured for the M1 Exhaust Temperature Sensor Resources.
