This is controlled by the Idle Mass Flow Feed Forward Main table, it will move the throttle position to the point that has been calibrated in this table for the engine speed that is required.

Possibly posted this somewhere else by mistake but thanks for the table.
My values were too low at less than half yours and the engine fired straight up using your cranking enrichments.
I am in the ball park with post start so really happy.
Really appreciate the help.
