Engine Speed Reference offset doubt

Hello everyone,

I have a yamaha yz450f engine. It does not have a camshaft position sensor in place. I am trying to use the MAP voltage signal to calibrate my ref sync.

I have a doubt on the Engine Speed Reference Offset value. The angle between TDC mark and the point after the missing tooth is 71 deg. Does this mean that my engine speed reference offset is

71 deg?
-71 deg?
289 deg?
