Erratic Lambda behaviour - M150 GTR PNP

Postby alex35gtr850 on Thu Aug 17, 2017 3:09 am

Looking for some help please. We have two versions of the GTR EMU firmware and two versions of the Lambda firmware. Despite various combinations (none BETA) we are experiencing strange behaviour from the Lambdas. On one occasion both Lambdas come online but then begin to oscilate slowly from max to min, really strange to see. The other combination one Lambda runs fine, the other goes from min to max really quickly, its all over the place. Both sensors are fine but something is causing a clash or making them run very strangely.

Has anyone ever seen this kind of behaviour and could offer any pointers?

Going to need more supporting info.

What's fueling (flow and pressure) doing during these swings?
Have you made any mechanical changes as of recent?

Hi,

We have some new LTC Firmware that is being tested at the moment to deal with these issues, this firmware is planned to be released by the end of the month.
