My throttle position sensor shows 1.4% when the engine is idling. How can I zero the throttle position sensor to read 0% at idle. Thanks

Hi,

When connected to the M130 using M1 Tune, go to the Initial Setup 2 workbook, and then the Throttle Pedal worksheet.

With you foot off of the pedal, select Throttle Pedal Main Offset and press the Q key on your keyboard. This will read the current value on the throttle and apply it to the calibration. Save the changes to force the changes to the M1.

Hello Mr.Dean. On my M130 I do not have the Throttle Pedal Main Offset available to me. My only selection is called " Driver Throttle Pedal translation Switch". I selected this and then pressed the "Q" on my keyboard but that didn't solve the issue. Any help you can provide it greatly appreciated. Thanks

Hi,

What is the Firmware that you are running in the M1? If you send me the serial number I can look this up as well.

The Driver Throttle Pedal Translation Switch is a switch that allows for multiple throttle pedal translation tables to be used, this lets the driver tune the relationship between the Throttle Pedal and Throttle Servo (on a DBW system) to be varied in the vehicle by swapping between different maps.

Hi Eddie,

As the Motorcycle Drag Race Package is a custom Package built on an older base than our current Packages, there are some differences in the functionality compared to what I described earlier.

The Parameter that you need to find is Throttle Position Sensor Offset, with the throttle control lever in its resting position, select this Parameter and then press the Q key to set the 0% value on the throttle.
