M8 Logging Issue

Hi,

I have an M8 that I'm having trouble getting the logs out of. It's running 5.4 and can communicate with the ECU for calibration etc. When using the 'interpreter' from the blue screen software and try to 'Unload Data' I receive the following error message:

Motec Data Unload
Error!
Failed to get EE data
Log File Not Created

I've also attached a screen shot.

Any info on this error would be great.

Don't use interpreter to download the data, Try using unload.exe in the M8V54 directory and see if that works.
