I need to download this file for my m4 software. But it has a virus so my computer wont allow it to upload. Could you help me.

Use I2 standard to open your files, The old interpreter is not supported any more.

I downloaded the standard I2. And when I go to my motec screen is just says loading program and nothing comes up. And also a screen pops up saying it does not support fullscreen and I hit ignore

It sounds like you are trying to open i2 the old way from inside EMP. Although you could probably change the short cuts inside the "motec.prg" file to make it work directly from the EMP window that maybe more complicated than you need.
Most people would do it like this:
When connected to the ECU, open EMP and choose "GETLOG", to download, name and save the log file.
Close EMP, then open i2 from the desktop.
Within i2 choose the engine project then go to file>open log file. Browse to C:Motec/M4-62 and you should find your log file in there.
