late shifting and weird act of the car

i use the v5 firmware package now as Nathan help me on the email
before i use v4 and v3
i attached last log and map
the map i use is simply base v5 from website and just calibrate the pedal and servo
what im experiencing is.. the shift up are so late
at light throttle it shift up at 3500rpm.. it makes the shifting feels rough
also happens in Full Throttle... the shifting up is like there is delay, I can feel the car pushed forward when the gear actually engaged.
and second one is when gear down with paddle shift, the blip throttle is not present like we have with stock ecu
will this need a separate tune in the M1?
