Sync Capture not available

We having starting issue with FT86 package, we keep getting Engine Position Change diag and some Intake Cams 1/2 bad pitch.

Try to check with sync capture UDIG 1-5 but software say not available need ecu firmware update.
We had download the package yesterday, which i think its the most updated.

We want to check sync trigger make sure cam/chain timing are correct.
