A friend has a desert buggy running a t/c Nissin 2 litre.
The plan is to put the ACL on there and the VIM, and get damper position data.
Can one ingest the Autronic ECU data into the ACL? What do I need to have?
I am think maybe CAN addresses from the Autronic(?), but have no idea really.

yes, that will work just fine.

Wire the Autronic coms cable RS232 TX pin to the ACL RS232 RX pin, and use the SM? template.

Been done many times (not into an ACL of course, but on the other dash's)

you may also have to hook up the ground wire from the Autronic comms cable to make it work.
