C125 to PC communications

I have a C125 with I/O upgrade and logging. When I first got it, I played around with it in a street car and had no issues sending configurations to the dash from my laptop. Since being in the race car, I have had a lot of trouble communicating between my laptop and the C125.
When I upgraded the Dash manager to the 1.60N software and updated the firmware in the C125, the dash said "No Data". I tried sending a configuration to the Dash and I kept getting error messages (below). I tried sending the Demo configuration, as this has happened before and thats what I was told to do then (It didn't work and I ended up sending the device in and they got it to work by sending the Demo Config). Anyway, I tried a different laptop, updated the firmware again, then sent the demo configuration and it worked. Without disrupting the connection, I was able to send about 5 more configurations to the dash as I updated the screens, alarms, etc.. That was Monday, but today I connected with the same laptop and tried to send a similar dash configuration and got the same error messages. I tried repeating everything I did on Monday, and more, and still can not send a configuration. The errors always pop up when the 3rd progress bar is about midway and says "Writing Configuration"
The first error that appears is this:
When I click OK, the following appears:
Has anyone experienced these errors? I am using new, CAT5 ethernet cables. Don't know if its a laptop problem, or a wiring problem or what. I have tried two laptops, and 3 ethernet cables. I really don't want to have to send the dash back in if I don't have to.
Thanks,
Forrest
