UTC Problem

Computer does not connect to M800. The computer recognizes the UTC and it shows up in Device Manager. Computer has latest UTC driver (2.8.28.0). When I try to connect I get an error flashing.

Could not connect to Gateway Timeout reading header packet on
device USB to MoTeC UTC

When I tried to update the firmware I got the same error message. We have another UTC that works fine on all the same hardware.
It hasn't worked in a while and that was my latest effort before It becomes a $350 door jam. Is there anything else I can try?

Return it to you MoTeC Dealer and get it repaired
