M150 GPR Rotary Package

Hi all

Ideas Please
I updated from M130 to M150 to remove the E888 from the car

I have 2 Brake Temp inputs I need to Assign to the AV inputs they are wired to
But the firmware has no allowance for Brake Temp ..
Ideally I would like to log them into Ecu and C127 but if i can only get them to C127 via CAN i would live with that

Any thoughts other than a request to MoTeC to add Brake temps to Firmware

Hi,

Brake temps are not in the current GP Packages as they are not a required piece of data for running an engine and associated systems. We have Brake pressures as these are used for functionality like Anti-Lag, Over Run, Cruise Control and Gear shifting.

You can use the Turbo Temp inlet and Outlet for this, as these channels are not used for any control strategies.

Hi Stephen
I used the turbo temps as you suggested
In my C127, As those channels were not in CAN templates 640 or 650 I added 6A0 that had Turbo Bank1 inlet temp and Turbo bank 1 outlet temp

Issue now is I get 0 as value in the C127 in Monitor Channels ...seems to be no data ?

Hi John,

To get it into the C127, you could configure a custom CAN Transmit along the line shown below.
