So is my ecu password protected? This only occurred after a license upgrade.

Did your license upgrade include removal of your old licenses? (i.e. you traded in one package for another).

What licenses does your ECU have? What package are you trying to send?

Looking at the packages your ECU is licenced for

Both triumph packages have a restriction on the guest user sending firmware.

only the AGM GP2 firmware has no restrictions (as there are no user accounts on it)

Depending what you are trying to achieve, you will need to contact MoTeC UK to assist you with switching the firmware over.

When in doubt, you can go to Tools > SHow Security Permissions

Looking at the triumph firmware, the guest user does not have permission to send firmware. That means you would not be able to change to this firmware without the different user key, or change from that firmware to another one from the guest user account.
