Anyone ever played with the ghost cam function in the M1 ecu?

Any pointers for settings in the below screen capture, or am i playing with fire here (my valves & pistons saying hello)

Vehicle is a 2016 Subaru sti

Ghost cam is only something you will find in partner packages such as PTA/RNT and others.

It will depend on your engine configuration as to what is safe to put in as an aim target to induce a rough idle, but if you look at your cam aim table on what advance the engine is already running, you will know what is safe to target.
