Injector location setup in blower engine

I am building screw charged engine with 8*primary and 8*secondary injectors, M150.
What is correct injector location setup when primary injectors are in intake manifold and sees vacuum/boost, and secondary injectors are between throttle and screw, and sees vacuum only.

I would have them both set to After Throttle, making sure that the Fuel Pressure Regulator Type is correctly set.
