Reduce cranktime

Hi,

currently the engine cranks about 2 seconds until it got at least one full revolution of the sync sensor. During this time the 'Engine Synchronisation Position Diagnostic' is on 'Search' and 'Engine Speed Reference State' on 'Revolution Lock'. According to a reference measurement I did with an oscilloscope, the ignition starts early, but injection not. Is there a setting how it starts the injection faster?

I mean, as soon as the ref position is clear by detecting the gap (I'm using a 60-2 trigger wheel) and the polarity of the sync sensor is known, the position shoul be clear right? The start mode is already in 'Batch Fire'.
And second question: The 'Engine Synchronisation Position Tooth Index' increases up to 127 and then resets. Is there a reason for this range?

Thanks and best regards,
Kilian

The engine is an inline 6 cylinder with sequential injection but wasted spark ignition. Sync sensor is low when cylinder 1 is in compression TDC.

Hi,

Can you do an Input Capture through M1 Tune thanks, and post it here.

You mean like this, only speed reference and synchronisation?

Hi,

I have made some small changes to the setup, can you load and test this thanks.
