Mixing saturated and P&H injectors

I have and 20B rotary engine that will get an M130 with GPR Rotary (M130).April 2019 01.01.0113 firmware.

Is it possible to mix saturated (primary) and low impedance (secondary) injectors? I cant find any options in M1 tune or does it apply the right settings when I choose the calibration for the injectors?

Also the engine have an supercharger and ITB. I have an MAP sensor after the throttles do I need an airbox or ambient pressure sensor also?

Hi Niklas,

When you choose the calibration for the injector utilised, the correct settings are applied automatically. You can wire all of the injectors to peak and hold injector resources regards, as both types can be operated off this output resource, and if your injector type changes down the road, no wiring changes will be required.

You don't require an ambient pressure sensor, an ambient pressure estimate is generated on power up from the manifold pressure sensor with the engine not running. If your use car has the vehicle changing altitude dramatically (such as a pikes peak car) then it would be advantageous.

Provided your tuning method is manifold air density and you have a map sensor, the only advantage to having an airbox pressure sensor would be for monitoring any possible inlet restriction.
