Hello,
I am looking for a suitable Quick Shift sensor for my Ducati Panigale with motec M1 GPR package. I have a Dig input, and an AV input for Gear Shift Force. Maybe someone has a tip.

The two devices that Dave has suggested will both work based on the information provided. I have used the KA sensors strain gauges in a number of installations without issue.

I ordered the Cordona sensor. do I have to use digital or the AV input of the M170 for the signal?

It should use an AV input.

I got the Cordona sensor and connected it.
but I still have the two messages:
No valid input
and low-fault.
I used the Sensor 0V, Sensor 5V and AV Gear Shift force connectors on my wiring harness.

I suggest posting your current package, plus any details on your wiring harness (which AV input is used for your gear force sensor)

I use AV 8 for Gear Shift Force.

In your package, on the Transmission->Gear Shift Analysis page. What are the range of values on the channel "Gear Lever Force" when you activate the shifter both up and down with the clutch in (computer connected, engine can be running or not -- try both.

You need to look at those values and either change the "Gear Lever Force Threshold Up" or "Gear Lever Force Threshold Down" you'll see this on your Transmission->Gear Shift page.

Or alternately, you could change the scale of the sensor so that it reaches the current values. The Sensor input is configured on the Setup-Inputs->Chassis A page. You need to make sure the Gear Lever Force Sensor Offset is correct when there is no force on the sensor (just highlight the line and press "Q" with no load), and the direction of the force is positive on an upshift direction (ie, Gear Lever Force is positive). If you need to invert it, you can change the sign of the channel "Gear Lever Force Sensor Scale"
