Reading Fuel level on a spare input?

I'm sure one of the experienced users here will know this off the top of their head.

I have an M130, with a number of spare channels. I would like to use one of these to read the fuel level and report via CAN to the C127 dash. My interpretation of the pinouts leads me to consider using AT1 and SEN_0V_A

Am I looking down the right tunnel, or is the light an oncoming train?? Thanks once again, in anticipation.

Hi There,
This is entirely possible, however there are a few things to consider before trying to wire things this way.
Firstly, what is the resistance range of the sender unit that you have. Typically fuel level senders are very low resistance, and using the AT inputs with a 1k pull-up will result in a very low resolution.

The best way to do this is to use an AV input and calculate the required pull-up resistance based on the resistance of the sender unit.

Also when calculating the correct pull-up, do not forget the max load on the 5v rail of 0.2A from memory.
