system version update affect firmware?

Quick one, would keeping the ECU System version up-to-date ; have an impact on the firmware installed?

Can you step back to an older ECU System version, I do not see an option

Hi Carlo,

It is recommended to keep the firmware up to date, as we do minor bug fixes and updates with the firmware releases.

With the newer versions of M1 Tune, there is the option to go back to an earlier system file if needed using the File | Override ECU System Version... function.
