Throttle bodies and boost

I have a car here running 4 throttle bodies and turbo. It does have a MAP sensor, running off individual ports on each runner after the plates, but vacuum signal is super weak.
It's an M130 GPR. Can I map the fuel with TPS as load and map sensor as a 4D when there's boost? Or is there a better/simpler way?
