Couple of spare inputs....any recommendations?

Hi all
I have the following sensors on my M130 and have a spare AV channel and a spare AT channel, any recommendation on what to fill them with? Only really interested in engine at the moment, will get some form of expansion later for the rest of the car -
Crank position
Cam position
Air temp
ECT
Oil temp
Oil pressure
Fuel temp
Fuel pressure
Barometric pressure (may take from airbox, not sure)
Transmission temperature
Gear position
Single knock sensor (middle of the V, stock location)
Throttle pedal position 1 & 2 (DBW)
Throttle position 1 & 2
Lambda 1 & 2 (via LTCD)
Shift up/down (from switched gearknob)
Rear wheel speed right and left (CDL3 taking care of the front wheels and relaying via CAN, along with steering and brake pressures and 'control switches/rotaries' from MDD)
The engine is a NA VQ30 on ITB is that makes any difference (initially 6 injectors, eventually 12). I am currently on GPA but plan to move to GPR, mostly for traction control (350BHP plus 800KG plus road tyres plus British weather = essential!). Unfortunately I can't go paddle shift because Hewland and Geartronics reckon my gearbox will break and it has a really rubbish position sensor (plunger type) so even flat shift is looking dubious!
Thanks in advance.
