Are you able to use M1 Tune to connect to the ECU over Ethernet?

Have you sent a package to the ECU to configure the I/O? Do all the sensor values you have wired work?

What package are you using?

If you remove the spark plugs, unplug the injectors and crank the engine, while on the Initial Setup->Ref Sync tab does the Engine Speed Reference State become "Cycle Lock"?

Next, check the timing, by using the Initial Setup->Ignition Configuration and setting the Ignition Test to "Check Timing".

If all that is good, you should be ready to test the fuel pump and check the fuel pressure, then reconnect injection and igition and attempt starting.
