M1 series knock control any better than gold ecus?

Is the knock control with an M1 series ECU technically any better or worse than that from an add on module on say andM800? Just curious as to whether any improvements are available and in what way. Thanks.

Hi Chris,

It is definitely an improvement over the Mx00 series ECU's, this is due to the higher processing speeds allowed by the M1 Hardware, you also have more flexibility in the setup of the knock system in the M1 in comparison to the Mx00 series ECU's
