ECU Internal Temp Causing Connectivity issues

Postby Suprafied on Sun Jul 26, 2015 1:13 pm

All,

Has anyone else experienced ECU connection issues if the ECU exceeds 130F internal temp?

This does not affect the operation of the unit as far as controlling and operating the engine.

My M130 for some reason is and always has been doing this. I have changed Laptops and patch cables with no luck.

I don't believe its then Ethernet connector since once the ECU drops under 100F the system will connect again.

So it appears the Intel Drivers were the culprit.

Will report back later if other situations occur.
