So when this is happening, the Throttle Pedal Sensor Main voltage and Tracking Voltage both measure a 1V peak-to-peak noise addition, But otherwise it's steady and noise free. As a work-around (just for testing), you could try changing the Throttle Pedal Sensor Main (and Tracking) Voltage Filter from 5ms to 50 ms.
Also from your config, we see that the following sensors share the same power supply as the pedal:
Coolant Pressure
Oil Temperature
Oil Pressure
Exhaust Pressure Bank 1
Of these, Exhaust pressure wasn't in the log. The rest were logged, and the signals for Oil Temp and Pressure seem reasonable, both when this noise is occurring and not, the Coolant Pressure seems to be affected, as it rises from 4 kPa to about 13-15 kPa, then returns back to about 5 kPa when the pedal shows no noise. I would look carefully at the harness between these sensors and the ECU.
I would try disconnecting these sensors probably one at a time to see if they could be the problem. Start with the Coolant Pressure and unplug the sensor while the Throttle Pedal Sensor Main Voltage is showing the noise.
At least this is something to try.
