Starting Problem Ducati V2

Postby Ralle#67 on Mon Feb 16, 2026 3:37 am

My Ducati Panigale 2 cylinder has MAP-based synchronization.
The engine's starting performance, especially when warm, is very poor.
In the diagnostics, I always get error messages such as:
Bad Sensor
Missed Trigger
Small Pulse
Rejected Pulse
Perhaps someone from Motec could take a look at my settings.
Thank you in advance.

Hi,

Try moving the Engine Sync Pin Threshold down to 3.1V, you have a double dip on the signal, with the secondary at times meeting the threshold value, thus giving the errors.
