From the information that I have found, the firing order of the 3UZ engine is 1, 8, 4, 3, 6, 5, 7, 2. This gives the angles as:

Cyl 2 = 630°
Cyl 3 = 270°
Cyl 4 = 180°
Cyl 5 = 450°
Cyl 6 = 360°
Cyl 7 = 540°
Cyl 8 = 90°

The Engine TDC Setup Wizard Firing Order Setup calculator in GP Lite will also generate these numbers and populate the table.

I would also check that the Engine Cylinders parameter has been set to 8.
