M141 drive low resistance injector

Postby junnan yue on Fri Apr 28, 2023 10:35 am

Hi all,

Is it possible to drive the low resistance injector with M141 low-side injector output?
Or how to drive the low resistance injector with DI ECU only has low-side injector output

Thanks!

Hi,

The M14x ECU's are designed to work with High Impedance (Saturated) injectors, not Peak/Hold. It is possible that a injector resistor pack could be used if you really need to use the PH injectors, but we cannot guarantee that the calibrations will be correct for the injectors if this is done. I would recommend replacing the injectors with the correct sized Saturated injectors.
