M130 ECU Voltage

Postby cw200@live.com on Wed Apr 19, 2023 4:17 pm

I just powered up an M130 on a Triumph 76, the ECU is seeing 15.778V apparently however the battery is showing 12.94 when tested?? This is giving me a number of High Faults on various circuits. The battery is an Anti Gravity AG401 which is only used as a run battery the bike is started using a roll starter. The system uses an Amplink PDM to power everything up including the ECU and the fuel pump.

The issue was resolved the wiring harness manufacturer (not me) wired 12V+ main power to the oil pressure sensor V+ supply which was back feeding the system and showing increased ECU V+. Changed the oil pressure V+ to the 5.0V sensor power circuit and the ECU now says that it is seeing the correct V+
