M150 internal G sensor Z scale or sign wrong?

Seems that internal Z acc sensor scale sign is possibly backwards. When upright and calibrated with Q it gives numbers as instructed, after that when ecu is turned upside down Z acceleration goes to +3,0 G.

Fw version 01.11.0018, system version 01.04.00.0079.
