4bbl throttle body - Drive by wire

Postby JoshCurran41 on Wed Jan 10, 2018 12:13 pm

I’m currently in the process of converting a motor over from carby to EFI, without going into to much detail the motor has made very good power in its current set up so we don’t wanna mess with to much, so we are machining the current 4bbl manifold for the injectors, fuel rails etc. and wanted to run a drive by wire throttle body (for throttle blips on down shifts) with the sequential Albins box, the computer controlling it is a Motec GPR M130... Needs to flow enough CFM for approx 850hp. And be a 4150 flange (4bbl style throttle body)

Was wondering if anyone knew of anyone selling something like this in Aust, haven’t had much luck searching so far.

Cheers

Consider using a Bmw M3 DBW motor ( separate motor with linkage)
I have used them on quad throttle bodies with great success

Tip .... Buy them from UK ... Quarter the price of Aus in freight
