Motorcycle Traction and Wheelie Controll with GPR package

Postby Knoedel on Wed Dec 17, 2014 4:12 am

Hi,

I have a question about the GPR package for a motorcycle.

I´m planning to install a M130 on my Ducati 1198 but when I checked the package I did not found a configurable table for the aim slip comp or gain comp. I found only options for gear, lateral g and engine speed on these axis.
Is it true, that I can not change the axis how I want. For a motorcycle it make sense to use also the lean angle and for the wheelie control I need a gain compensation related to the front fork position.

It almost sounds like a custom package might be a better fit for you long term. A couple paths to take to do that, either a development ECU/package or perhaps a partner package suited for that specific bike/features which could marketed to others as well (helps offset the development cost involved versus a one off development setup). Shoot me an email we could chat in more detail about it, if you want: johnreedracing@gmail.com
