Controlling a Ford 1L ecoboost

Hey all,
I'm posting on behalf of the University of Wisconsin Platteville Clean snowmobile challenge team. For this year's snowmobile, we have installed a Ford 1L EcoBoost into a xf7000 Arctic cat snowmobile, At first we thought fitting and mounting the engine would be the hard part. We were definitely mistaken based on the fact that we have the engine mounted and all the hardware around it functioning without a running engine. Right now we are having difficulty controlling the engine better yet even getting it to idle. We are looking for anyone that would be willing to work with us one-one to get this engine up and running before our competition in March.
Thanks,
