Use Motec to calculate average lap times?

Postby Jincies on Tue Dec 08, 2020 7:00 am

I'm learning to use Motec, and I'm trying to figure out a way for it to calculate average lap times in a table view (channel report maybe?) I know I can export to Excel, but I'd rather not have that extra step. It seems to me that with a math expression (stat_mean maybe?) this should be possible, but I haven't been able to get this done. I can spend good money for this soft, I won jackpot on the casino after visit the https://casinobonus-ca.com/hallmark-casino-bonus.html and getting a Hallmark casino bonus. Any advice is appreciated!

Are you trying to calculate a single average lap time number for the whole outing?

If that is the case the easiest way to do it (assuming you are using i2 Pro) is create a channel report, add "lap time" and select 'Avg'. In the headings delete "Outings:Laps". Hit OK.

Now right click on the tab of the Worksheet you have the channel report in and click "Select Worksheet Data Set". Select 'Outings' from the list and it will now work.

If you select "All loaded outings" in the channel report properties you can then compare average lap times session to session.

I can't think of a way to do this with i2 Standard.
