Hi,
I am the member of NUST Formula Student team Pakistan. We are planning to use Motec M84 ECU on Cbr600rr for the first time. Is it practical and easy to make our own harness or it is advised to use the wiring loom provided by the Motec?

Very practical to make you own loom up - then at least it will fit !
Don't get hung up with using Tefzel wire, there is plenty of good quality mil spec wire out there that is not teflon coated. Most of the Honda connectors are available from www.motodata.co.nz
