overrun fuel cut Help

hi
can any one help me on Overrun fuel cut i want to slowdown the speed the flame comes out without touching the throttle .

what should i put in parameter
1-overrun Inactive RPM
2-Overrun Active Rpm
3- Overrun throttle position
4- Overrun recover fuel

and should i decrease the table for ignition and increase the fuel on vacuum
i tryed many time but its doesnt work
