BMW E36 M42 Startup - REF/SYNC

Hi,
Setting up a BMW E36 318is (M42).
Having trouble getting the engine to Sync.
Able to test clean spark & injectors. Getting a clean RSC file.

Hi Michael, had a quick look at your ECU file and the ref & sync mag levels are all 9.5v,
they need to be set to approx 1/3 of the peak voltage at various RPM sites,
From the ref sync capture which seems to be at about 310 rpm I would use ref 1.3v and sync 1.2v
set the whole mag tables to this, it should sync up and start and then do some more captures and work out
the mag levels. Also the trigger wheel looks like its either running out of true or is out of shape,
the constant dip in the ref voltages just before the sync signal needs possible looking at.
