igntion cut level in log file
Posted: Sun Jul 27, 2014 3:40 pmWhat would cause this? I don't know of any reason why the ecu would be activating a cut here. Why is it doing it and how do i fix it? It sounds almost like a miss fire when it happens

Posted: Mon Jul 28, 2014 11:35 amCheck to see if you have Adjust->Functions->Gear Change Ignition Cut->Setup enabled, and what the parameters are. It might be triggering on a floating input, or an RPM limit.
Another possibility is Traction control with Ignition Cut specified. Look at Adjust->Functions->Traction Control->Setup->TC Cut Type (and Control Method)

Posted: Mon Jul 28, 2014 11:56 pmIf you have an AV Input that is configured but not connected to anything. The measured voltage could "float" depending up other voltages/currents in the system.
Solutions are to not configure the inputs, or wire the inputs to either ground or a known voltage so that they are in a known state.
As others have said, post your configuration (or a log file as it has the configuration embedded within it), and we can look at it for these types of issues. If you don't want to share some of your maps, just zero them out.
