How to set up the IAT sensor and ET sensor

Postby hitlvyuan on Sat Apr 16, 2011 11:57 pm

When the engine is off,the two sensors'outputs should be early same.
But the IAT's output is 13.7℃ but ET sensor' s is 15.7.
How should I setup the two sensors?

The same thing has happened to the MAP and FP without fuel.

Thank you! :D

The engine temp will always be a degree or two higher because the engine block is a very good heat sink and will take days to cool right off. This is normal.

I'm not sure what the problem is with the MAP and fuel pressure is. The MAP with the engine off will be the Barometric pressure (about 100Kpa but depending on where you are) and the fuel pressure should be zero but this can depend on your fuel system and if you have been runnign the engine or not.
