Yeah but its a volume sensor, and you'd have to use the Mitsu MAF internal AIT and baro sensors and the comp tables for them to get proper mass flow, where a 5v hotwire sensor does it all on one input. The drawback to the hotwire is the current put into the gnd circuit causes an offset, but that can be accounted for in the sensor cal.
