Motec tuning in nj

Hello to all , I am new to this site and looking for someone to tune my friends gasser project in nj
Car is a 41 Chevy with stack efi 900cc / 80 lbs Bosch injectors 468 bbc N/A engine is supposed to be in the 600 hp range 4,spd with a 4:10 gear and 29 “ tall tire . Ecu is a M-84 motec gold box was set up by another shop and dyno’ed but injectors were placed above and plugs are black soot covered. The previous shop I think just sold him way more than what he needs and did a poor job setting up the tune .This car is mainly street driven and maybe a nostalgic events , So my question is there someone in NJ who is knowledgeable in motec and reputable
