M84 / ECUManager disconnects with SDL

Boom, figured it out. Of course the simplest answer is often the most obvious.

The resistor in the pre-made loom on CAN HI was not connected to CAN LO. Added another pin into the DTM plug and spliced it in, flicked on the dash and straight away ET and MAP are showing reading values.
