VCS Manager Driver Issue

Hi,
Does the VCS Manager work with Windows 10 64bit ?
I installed and tried all the 3 available versions from the Download Section and I get an Error for the Driver
Can't connect the VCS to my laptop...
Is that system obsolete ?

The most recent operating system VCS Manager will run on is Windows 7 32 bit
